DJ JOHNBOY is an accomplished DJ, Promoter, Producer as owner of Energy Productions, Energy Records and co-creator of 2-OHMS - DJ Johnboy got his start in Atlanta, GA with his first residency 17 years ago. As his skills progressed so did his residencies. DJ Johnboy has also spun alongside such talents as Huda Hudia, Trixie, Mea, Roland Clark, Donald Glaude, Scott Henry, Freaky Flow, Majik Mike, Keith MacKenzie, Factor e, Trashy, Malicious Mike, Baby Anne, Jen Lasher, Bassbin Twins, DB, Danny the Wildchild, Phantom 45, Diesleboy, Viro, Charles Feelgood, Cirrus, Omar Santana, Keoki, Lab 3 and quite a few others. DJ Johnboy produced countless events under Energy Productions in Atlanta from '96 to '02 including a Moonshine Over America Tour in '99. Being considered 1 of the top 5 producers in Atlanta during that time DJ Johnboy earned his place as a Regional Promotional Manager for Moonshine Music. After taking a short break he moved to Wilmington, NC and produced a slew of events at a club in which he held his residency for 4 years, Fusion nightclub. DJ Johnboy spun at many other clubs from NC to FL while at the same time owning 2 record stores Newwax and Heavy Rotation. Now living back in ATL and DJ'ing at Halo Lounge DJ Johnboy specializes in all kinds of bangin' House and Breakbeats. He loves to spin it all including Dubstep, DnB and even Progressive Trance. With his electrifying performances and intense Energy DJ Johnboy will hype up the entire audience and he is definitely unforgettable! Studying music for over 30 years and as a dancer DJ Johnboy has what it takes to move the dance floor and the world! Live for music cause music is life...
